All complaints (damaged or defective posters) should be made within one week from the received delivery. Complaints should be sent to info@first-memory.com. 

 Please include an image of the product as well as of the package.

As all our posters are custom made, we unfortunately can’t accept returns or offer refunds unless your poster arrived damaged.

You can make changes to it up to 12 hours after you have placed your order. The changes can be made from the order confirmation that you have received by email once you have placed your order.
